Check out our wishlist for people and things we're wishing for.
We're always eager to involve others, be they cooks, farmers, vintners, musicians, DJs, artists, designers, architects, tailors, chandlers, cartographers, apothecaries, or milliners' nephews…
We're especially fond of People Who Just Like to Help Out. Being behind the scenes is a short ton of work, but it's a metric ton of fun. If you like that arithmetic, get in touch.

Consultants • Venues • Clever Friends
Dana Pickell at Triage Wines has been seriously helpful, consulting with us on unusual, amazing wines from all over. You can find Triage wines at Portland retailers such as Mt. Tabor Fine Wines, Woodstock Wine and Deli, Cork, Lupa, Pastaworks, City Market, E&R Wine Shop, and New Seasons Markets.
Ewald Moseler is Portland's own importer of German & Austrian wines and one of the country's top experts particularly in the extraordinary wines of the Mosel region. His wines are available at retail locations and restaurants throughout Portland and beyond.
Joseph Busch went out of his way to acquaint us with the excellent Greek book at Domaine Selections. They do much more than Greek, but Greek owner Constantinos "Dino" Ariston ensures that his compatriots are well represented in Portland.
Leif Sundstrom worked closely with us to complete our Greek list, from the excellent book at Vin de Garde, available at many retail locations in Portland.
Terrifically knowledgeable Wine & Spirit Archive directors and instructors Mimi Martin & Adam Rhynard are official Cordial wine consultants. Find out more on their website.
We're lucky to have winemaking friends who like to share, such as premium Oregon Pinot mavens Carlton Cellars.
Portland's contemporary art venue Gallery Homeland provided us with a magnificently unfinished industrial space in the century-old Ford Building that houses them. Props to gallery owner/director Paul Middendorf and administrative director Caitlin Moore for making it happen.
